Divy is a Stalwart Crest product. These terms describe the rules for using the Divy service. They will be finalized before launch.
Who provides Divy
Divy is provided by Stalwart Crest, the same company registered as Stalwart Crest Ltd (NG) and Stalwart Crest, Inc. (USA).
What Divy does
Divy automatically splits payments that enter your account, based on rules you set. Divy is not a bank, not a wallet, and does not hold your money. Transfers execute over standard banking rails via licensed, regulated payment infrastructure.
Your rules, your responsibility
You define your split rules and destination accounts. Every destination is name-verified before it can be saved. You are responsible for the rules you set. Changes apply to the next inflow, and nothing is retroactive.
Failed transfers
If a split transfer fails, Divy retries automatically and notifies you, without holding up the rest of your split. Standard transfer limits from the underlying banking infrastructure apply.
